How much does it cost?

My minimum fee is £85. Transactions that will take longer than 30 minutes to complete I will charge at my hourly rate of £180 per hour. I am not registered for VAT so don’t charge it.

An Apostille costs £30 per document, unless you need it in a hurry when the FCO will charge £75 for its premium service in London. Foreign Consulates charge anything between £2 and £400 per document for legalisation.

I use a firm of consular agents to do the foot-slogging around London. Their average charge is about £40 plus VAT, although it could be substantially higher if a lot of waiting in queues is required.

The cost of a courier depends on the weight of a document and where it is going. On average it’s about £30.
